Nursing Service Manager (m/f/d) - Intensive Care

For our outpatient intensive care unit, we are looking for a dedicated nursing manager (m/f/d) who focuses equally on quality, safety, and humanity.

Your tasks:

• Overall responsibility for the professional, organizational, and personnel management of intensive care
• Ensuring and further developing the quality of care in accordance with current professional and legal standards
• Leading, guiding, and developing employees qualified in intensive care
• Organizing duty and deployment planning (e.g., 1:1 care, shared accommodation)
• Management and control of care documentation and care processes
• Close cooperation with doctors, therapists, clinics, and cost bearers
• Preparation and support for MD reviews and internal audits
• Participation in the conceptual and strategic development of intensive care

What you bring to the table:

• Completed training in healthcare and nursing, registered nurse or comparable
• Recognized further training in nursing management in accordance with SGB XI
• Additional qualification or several years of experience in intensive care (e.g., non-clinical intensive care)
• Very high sense of quality and responsibility
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Confident use of digital documentation and planning systems
