For our outpatient nursing service, we are looking for a committed nursing service manager (m/f/d) who combines professional quality, humanity and organizational talent.

Your tasks:

• Overall responsibility for the professional, organizational, and personnel management of the outpatient nursing service
• Ensuring and continuously developing the quality of care and support
• Leading, motivating, and developing employees
• Planning routes, shifts, and vacations
• Managing care processes and documentation
• Contact person for customers, relatives, employees, doctors, and cost bearers
• Preparation and support for MD examinations
• Participation in the further development and growth of the nursing service

What you bring to the table:

• Completed training in nursing (e.g., registered nurse, health and nursing care, geriatric care)
• Recognized further training in nursing service management in accordance with SGB XI
• Professional experience in outpatient care, ideally in a management position
• Organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and decision-making ability
• Appreciative leadership style and strong communication skills
• Confident use of IT and care documentation systems
